Extraordinary experience!
The work out for me is the perfect level of fitness. Its not too extreme that I am worried about injuring myself, but I finish each workout with my shirt soaked and feeling great.
I was as skeptical as you can get that Duffy’s program would have any noticeable results in regards to my golf game. I couldn’t have been more wrong. I feel great, I’m golfing just as much as ever, and I would recommend that anyone who plays golf regularly should think about joining a class specifically designed to improve their golf fitness.

Training with Kevin has proven to be the best thing that has happened for not only my golf swing, but my application of the golf swing in my instruction. Kevin has drastically improved my ability to swing the golf club with greater speed while maintaining balance and stability.
As a PGA Professional, I deal with student’s body limitations every day. Through personal experience, I have found that when the body gets overlooked in the application of swing changes, the process can become very frustrating and limiting for students’ ability to make a lasting change.
